Over-committed
You can commit as much LP token as you want to the INO sales, and your final purchases will depend amount you committed divided by all LP token committed by all users at the sale time end. You will receive the leftover LP token when you claim your token after the sale.
Example:
The value of LP tokens you committed is $2,000, LP tokens total committed by all user is $200,000.
You will get only 1% of the total sale of DW token, which is 200 DW out of total 20,000 DW.
The value of LP tokens you committed is $2,000, LP tokens total committed by all user is $400,000.
You will get only 0.5% of the total sale of DW token, which is 100 DW out of total 20,000 DW.
